Boothless Audiometry

Professional Review of Audiograms
All problem audiograms are professionally reviewed by our licensed audiologist to check for validity, threshold shifts, and the need for medical referral. We generate employee notification letters in accordance with OSHA requirements.
OSHA Determination Letters
We help determine work-relatedness of Standard Threshold Shifts (STS) using a modified Employee Hearing History Questionnaire (EHHQ), providing clear guidance on whether a shift is occupational or non-occupational.
Recordkeeping & Compliance
OSHA 300 Log guidance, audiometric records management, and compliance support. We help you maintain organized records and understand your regulatory obligations under 29 CFR 1910.95.
Employee Training
Annual hearing conservation training for your workforce, including the selection and proper use of hearing protective device. Choose from our standard curriculum or a custom training session tailored to your industry and workplace noise exposures. Training also helps employees select and properly fit the hearing protective devices that work best for them.
Custom Hearing Protection
An optional addition to your hearing conservation program. Custom-molded earplugs are a great way to integrate communication systems in the workplace, and custom solutions are often best suited for employees who struggle to achieve a reliable fit with standard hearing protection.
Fit Testing
Verification measures on both custom and non-custom hearing protective devices. Ensures employees are receiving appropriate noise protection at work.
